Underway At Last

After a wonderful ,warm send off from ours friends at Black Cove Marnia, on Friday, we are together on the Cumberland. This is the first time we've  had access to our  Blog. Verizon signals are weak in this area. Not many folks on the water. The colorful Tug Boat Captains kept us company. They have gone from "Country Sourthern" to "Gentlemen Jack". A deer crossed in 40 foot  water in front of the boat just before Lake Bartley State Park. We delt with quiet a bit of trash in that area. The currents carried us along at about 10 miles an hour while engines were near idle speeds. We are reading and resting at Lake Bartley State Park letting the rain pass.  All is quiet and well.
